I believe in movement.

Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, joyful movement has always been my passion. Growing up, I could be found squashing through PNW mud on hikes with my dad, bustling around the Nordstrom sales floor, or giggling around Green Lake as a high school runner.

In college, I was torn between pursuing fashion or running, and I ultimately decided to walk onto the Gonzaga University cross country team. Through lots of hard work and community support, I surprised myself as a top runner, captain, and scholarship athlete. There, I was fortunate to gain lifelong friendships along with experience in travel abroad, leading a women's service organization, and invaluable leadership opportunities in athletics. At Gonzaga, I received my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration, with a concentration in marketing and a minor in political science.

After college, I spent a few years in Portland, Oregon, quickly gaining experience as a digital strategist - first for Nike’s Bowerman Track Club and then for an award-winning creative agency, Sparkloft Media. On the side, I enjoyed coaching high school cross country with a specific focus on increasing longevity for girls in sport.

I’m now located in Brooklyn, New York, exploring the vibrant culture of this city. As a freelance digital strategist, I enjoy meeting the unique needs of my clients through goal oriented and purpose driven work. I’m an avid fan of Brené Brown, trying new things, and cold water plunges.

I am ever curious and always looking for opportunities to listen, share, create, collaborate, and grow! Shoot me a message if you’d like to connect.

Let’s work together!
